Skyrocketing consumer demand for goods continues to place strain on our IPI network with the convergence of parcel peak and retail peak along with equipment shortages on both coasts.
Beginning yesterday, December 10th, BNSF Chicago has imposed ingate restrictions on their Eastern and Western ramps. These ingate restrictions will cause delays on pickups and transit times.
New Jersey and Los Angeles markets continue to experience IPI delays due to capacity constraints with equipment and driver shortages. These shortages are impacting our IPI schedules and anticipate delays through the holiday season.
