Type 86, Section 321
As of September, 2019, U.S. Customs and Border Protection deployed a new Entry Type 86 for entry of Section 321 low-valued shipment. It was designed to improve cargo flow, import safety and visibility into the shipments. The entry type is voluntary and must be applied for a self-filling importer or a customs broker.
